Can I have a private post please?

How do people cope with a break up? I have bad anxiety and depression and my ex has just decided he doesn’t want to do it anymore. We’ve been together 7 year and have a 3 year old, a home together. I’m stuffling to cope with idea of being on my own, my anxiety is threw the roof about how I will cope financially worried I’m gonna be lonely. Needing some reassurance that I will be fine.
