Hey girls.. dunno what im trying to gain from this post but surely it isnt just my child who refuses to sleep when it comes it bedtime im now sat crying because i give up i literally give up.. just dont know anymore!

It’s been my life on n off for 9 years get 9 year old sorted and 14 month sleeps 6 hours and all broken up its awful especially when u try everything we’ve used controlled crying cherry juice cherries kiwi n banana to help natural melatonin putting to bed at 830 when it generally kicks in sleep cream laying with them putting them in our bed it’s awful and when ur exhausted emotions get all over the place causing all the emotions u have
Have no advice but know how you feel and hoping maybe to get something from this post 2 I’m in the exact same boat every single night with my 4 year old boy I’ve jus got him over to sleep now and it’s the same time every single night and I also have a 14 week old baby as well. It’s so so draining physically and mentally from 7am in the morning till 11pm at night jus constant 😴😴
Dry your tears hun, i know lack of sleep pushes you past the point of no return. But you are not alone, how old is your child x
