Can I have a private post please?
I am currently pregnant and my ex partner has said he doesn’t want to be involved, blocked me on everything and hasn’t spoke to me since he left. My question is, if after me doing the pregnancy on own etc providing everything and then he decides around the time my baby is born that he all of a sudden wants to start dictating and trying to say when he will be doing whatever, and he then takes me to court…what would happen in court? Would he granted access even tho he’s not been there and made that choice etc .Any advice would be great, thanks x
