Can I have a private post please..

I don’t no if anyone can help but I’m currently in temporary housing provided by my council but was wonder how I would go about moving out of the borough? I live in london but want to move to Kent for family reasons. I’ve been told already I have to wait for permanent housing which will take forever and then wait 6 months and apply for a swap.

Surely there’s an easier way considering I wanna move out of London not in. Tia xx
