Can I have a private post please?
I had a baby seven weeks ago and I’ve lost every bit confidence. The baby’s dad left me the day I found out I was pregnant and said some awful things, that no one will date a single mum and I think it’s stuck in my head.
I hate everything, my teeth, hair, body, absolutely everything. I don’t even like going out as I’m the biggest I’ve ever been before.
Is it normal to feel like this? Is it depression? Is there anything I can do to help? I’ve had my nails and hair done but it didn’t change anything.
I have some lovely men offering to take me out but I think their all too good for me so I won’t meet them. I look in the mirror and hate my self. Sorry for the long post but I’m a loose end x
