Can I have a private post please,
I had a c section 3 months ago nearly, and have been given the all clear from hospital and doctors, I was a size 8-10 before I have my little girl and an now about 12-14 and I know it’s not a big change but I don’t feel like me, I’ve started the ab and squat challenge to start getting back into fitness but does anyone have and weight loss tips or how to get rid of the c section pouch?

I’m not going to push myself if I feel I have or am I’ll have a break of it but just want to feel like me again!cxxx
