Can I have a private post please/ i had twins and the effect its had on my stomach is terrible. i literally hate myself.. cant even get dress without feeling physically ill.. has anyone elses stomach been like this and is there anything you can do?

Please dnt hate yourself your still beautiful!! and trust me when i say mine is no different and i only had one baby in there at any one time x
Give it time plenty of sits up worked for me
