Can I have a private post please

I just wanted some advice about my little boy, he is 5 years old and I’ve started to notice some changes in him. For a while he’s been extremely sensitive to noise and often covers his ears especially if someone shouts or music is high pitched but I’ve noticed him doing it in crowded areas too. His volume is extremely loud and he cannot be quiet even if he tries he’s loud bless him. He also cannot sit still hes very fidgety and even says to me how his teacher says they need to Velcro him to the carpet although he finds this funny it’s obvious he’s being like it at school too, I won’t say he’s naughty but he can get frustrated and angry but it’s not really causing issues. He is meeting all targets at school but the teacher has mentioned what I have here but she doesn’t feel
He’s naughty and says she can tell he’s trying his very best to be sat still and listen. I do have a doctors appointment booked. But just really wanted to know if this just sounds like a normal 5 year old boy or maybe if there’s some issues here … thank you 😊
