can I have a private post please

I recently got diagnosed with fibromyalgia. I went to see my mental health councillor today. I have anxiety and depression. depression is under control I’m still working on the anxiety. whilst at this meeting today. the counsellor was asking about how my fibromyalgia affected me. I was honest and said I found stairs hard and climbing into the bath and so on. he then mentioned a home assessment for adaption. now I never even imagined that I would even qualify for this kind of help. unfortunately he’s put the fear of God in to me because he said that he would be social services that deal with it as he would put the call in as it was a child in need. he says things will get done quicker. all that keeps running through my mind is they’ll take my baby away and think I’m unfit. I no I’m not I always take care of her and she wants for nothing and when I am in pain I have support from family. I’m just so stressed out now and frightened. sorry for the long post I just don’t no who to speak to or how to calm myself down. has any body been through this ? the councillor stressed he doesn’t think my daughter is in any danger but I’m terrified.
