Can I have a private post please? I’m 13 weeks pregnant and I feel angry all the time. Some days I can be fine for hours then just suddenly lose my temper at everything. Today I had a nice normal day, went for a nap and woke up in a foul mood. I’ve been awful to my boyfriend, kicking off over stupid stuff but it’s like I can’t control it? Anyone else had this? Sorry for ranting but I’ve had MH issues in the past and I don’t want to tell family incase they think I’m ill again x
