Can I have a private post please.
I’m currently in a 2 bedroom house with my 2 children boy 7 and girl 19 months my little girl is still in my room and my boys in his own bedroom, my little boy is going through school at the minute for his behaviour as he’s a little hard to handle both at school and at home my daughter was born 2 months early and has a few on going problems health wise and she doesn’t sleep through the night. Health visitor and school have said they cannot share the same room as my girl would wake my boy up and my boy would just be constantly taking her out off the cot I’m currently bidding for a 3 bed house and I’m on band 3 I’ve bidded on a home and I’ve been sent a letter saying I’ve been short listed for a new build my question is what happens from here? Will I get offered the home or will a few people actually get the chance to get the house before me I’m really confused
