Can I have a private post please?
I’m due my baby in March but the dad decided he didn’t want to stick around and I haven’t heard anything for about a month now. My question is, that if he did decide in the future that he will take me to court, I can imagine he would try and go for full custody because this is what he is like, to be spiteful and as he would put it ‘he will win’! Is there any chance of this happening at all? Or does there have to be a lot of grounds to why he could take my baby. I know I may be over thinking and panicking, and he may not even bother but I can’t get it out my head, it’s ruining my pregnancy as all I’m thinking is if he can take my baby away 😞 I have children from a previous relationship, my eldest being 11 who are in my full care,so I’ve never been through this, court or anything so any advice from anyone would be great. Thank you x
