I’m looking for some advice

My 19 month old son has come out is a very itchy bumpy res rash in the last 10 days i have been to the doctors twice and they haven’t been helpful at all as they don’t actually know what it is – i’ve been creaming him like crazy and given antihistamines like doctor said but it’s not getting any better it’s get worst as it started on his leg and has now taken over every part of his body face back legs arms private areas also up back of neck into hair it’s not chickenpox or meningitis – its some kind of heat rash /allergic reaction and I was just wondering if anyone else has had this experience at all
