Can I have a private post please
I’ve been feeling like I’ve been kicked between the legs since about 14 weeks however I’m now 25 weeks and been suffering with hip and back pain as well, which seems to be more painful when I’ve been to work due to spending more time sitting in one position / driving. Does anyone have any advice on how to ease this pain? Thanks in advance x

Have you been ‘risk assessed’ to help make sure you are seated in the correct position & that you are able to have the required rest breaks? Sounds daft but you may be amazed how much difference the correct seating can make
Sounds like SPD have a chat with ur GP I think there’s a band u can wear to ease things…hurts like a b..ch doesn’t it!
Long hot salt bath and just relax for a while xx
