Can i have a private post please-

I’ve found out this week im pregnant, im nearly 6 weeks or so.. today I’ve started to bleed, i had a big pain in my belly and went to the toilet and wiped and it was blood. I’ve had my implantation spotting, so its not that its real blood. Has anybody else had this and everything was ok? Or should i expect the worse 😞 so confused! I have contacted midwife, she said they cant do anything because im so early, so just had to wait to see if i pass anything or if it will go 😞 so upset.
