Can I have a private post please. Me and my ex partner have recently spilt have been for 4 months. We have an 18 month old daughter together. He comes round my house to put her to bed Monday, Wednesday and Friday as by the time he’s finished work she’s going to bed. He then also takes her out Saturday morning and Sunday afternoon. He lives with his sister and her family so nowhere for our daughter to stay over night until he gets a place of his own. He pays me money for her each month. Recently he’s become very emotionally unstable as he’s wanting to get me back but what’s done is done and I just don’t have any feelings for him anymore. I’ve put on a strong front as I do not want any of this affecting our daughter. So when he’s trying to argue with me in front of her I’m ignoring him. He’s wanting to hurt me and the only way he’ll succeed is anything to do with my daughter and he’s threatening to not bring our daughter back if he has her. Is there anything I can put in place for if he was to not bring her back that I could get her back? Any comments would be greatly appreciated. Thank you x
