Can I have a private post please, me and my husband of 3 years split on friday due to constant arguments and it wasnt fair on the little ones, the thing is I cant get over him, I have no family except for my little babies, I can’t stop thinking about him, ive not heard anything off him since Friday but ive seen his friend so I know hes ok, I constantly keep checking my messages to see if he’s text me, I re read the messages we sent each other before we split, it seems im still obsessed and cant move forward as it hurts so much, more so when the babies are in bed, he said he’s going to court for access to the kids as it is the best for everyone, how do I stop myself constantly checking my phone and the feeling disheartened when I feel he might be he hasnt text me. Just feel so lonely atm and cant stop thinking about him which reduces me to absolute tears……..any idea what I could do please….thanks
