can i have a private post please

my mother in law keeps shouting at my nearly 1 year old!. hes at that cheeky age where he is into everything, if he was to try and go to climb up the stairs she would shout no in a really loud deep voice.. i know hes needs to learn but hes a baby hes just exploring all she needs to do is encourage him with a toy to go back the other way, also they way i see it if i am there i can tell him no myself.. i just feel like shes always shouting at him:( would you say somthing along the lines of leave me to tell him ? x thankyou
