Can I have a private post please? My OH smokes cannabis basically he goes to work 12 hours a day comes home plays with LO for about half another then when they are in bed he goes outside and smokes cannabis all night. His bill is currently £120 each week sometimes higher, I can’t take much more I’ve asked him to leave our house I don’t want to be with him due to this as he never helps round the house, he sits outside all night smoking, he doesn’t help with baby ever and doesn’t pay any our bills e.g. Rent, nursery fees, gas, electricity and he earns more than me by £300 per month I pay everything on my own! I’m so fed up, the house is in my name so I have packed his bags and asked him to leave on numerous occasions and he still won’t go. Can someone give me advice on how to get him to leave without police involved TIA x

If he won’t leave then maybe involving the police would be a good idea, they would only make him leave so you would get him out of the house then change the locks so he can’t get back in xx
Do you work? I struggle to believe you do, yet you say he earns £300 more than you. If you live together and you don’t work, you shouldn’t be making any money unless he lives there illegally?

Lock the door when his out and chuck his stuff out the window xx
Ask him to go to the shop away from ur house and while he’s out quickly change the lock (obviously buy some BEFORE asking) and put his stuff outside x
