Can I have a private post please.

My partner has been put on bail for 10 weeks and given restrictions for living at home or contacting me or kids under suspicion of domestic violence. This isn’t the case, the police asked me and I refused to give a statement. Someone else had seen us arguing/ fighting and reported it. He was arrested a couple of days later. I had bruises and they suspect it was from him. They weren’t. Is there anyway I can get his restrictions removed early? I have not spoken to the police or my partner and don’t even know who is dealing with the case. Just know the station he was bailed from.
