Can I have a private post please ?

Need some advice on toilet training?
My little girl is 2 and a half, this is now our 3rd try at toilet train. 1st try was just before she turned 2, never worked just kept peeing herself constantly (put it down to she was to young). Tried again just after she turn 2 and she was doing great for a while (about a few days) then when back to peeing herself and wouldn’t use the toilet.
Been trying her again for a few weeks, I feel she understand as she will talk to me about it, but doesn’t do it. sometimes she dose really well but if I don’t say to her constantly do you need a pee pee she will just pee herself and every poo is in her pants won’t go to the toilet for a poo at all.
Feel like I have tried everything but thought I would ask here if you mummy’s had anymore ideas ?tried good girl sticker, chocolate buttons and I always make a big deal when she dose use the potty like clapping my hands and cheering and always say to her how she is a big clever girl.

Any advice ?
