Can I have a private post please…
Not baby related..
I started work 6 months ago as a office assistant after 4 weeks the main receptionist and boss had a massive row as she caused a lot of stress in the offiice by not letting anyone no what was goinf on.so after this row she walked out and left us all in the shit as she kept the day to day running of the office to herself. 6 months on with no help and a lot of long days/nights and stress I have managed to turn the office around. Set out a new routine and system where everyone knows what is happening have a great relationship with co workers and contractors.. now the receptionist that left. her and the boss go way back and she has just lost her job and he has said she can come back to help me out. Which I don’t particularly need as the routine works for everyone. But my boss is putting the pressure on me for her to come back which would be fine but she is very controlling and me and co workers no she will try to change everything we have done to how it was when she ran it plus There isn’t enough work to keep her on as full time. Am i wrong in feeling threatened by her coming back and thinking if she comes back I will be pushed back out and all my hard work will be wasted?! Xxx
