Can I have a private post please

So about 8 weeks ago I decided to do a Pregnancy test because my boobs have been sore and had horrific heartburn
I used a digital test from Superdrug that was coming to the end of its use by date
I got a shock when it came up positive
I then did multiple tests afterwards and all negative
Did 1 this week and negative again
My boobs are still very sore
I was leaning forward the other day and could feel flutters – still getting horrific heartburn
To add to this I’m extremely emotional all the time, sat here in tears as I write this.
I was due my depo in Feb but had forgot it, so it ran out I had been on it for approximately 2 years

I’m just not sure what to do- with the tests coming back negative
Can you have a phantom pregnancy?
