Can I have a private post please. Thank you.

I am really jealous of my partners and my friends friendship. I try not to get paranoid but find it extremely difficult. My partner and I have 2 boys together and my friend has a child with her partner. We all get on well with each other.
I just sometimes feel really excluded when it is Me, My partner and my friend. They have a lot in common and are jokey with each other.

I think I mainly feel insecure as my partner cheated on me with one of my close friends (in the past now)

What can I do to get over this jealousy.
