Can I have a private post please

These are on my 17month lb’s legs, I’ve put sudocreme on them and it seems to help, he’s also got a couple on one arm now.
Any ideas? They don’t seem to bother him but I’m slightly concerned as we’re going on holiday next week and I don’t want to take him away if it’s something serious
