Can I have a private post please to the right page.

I need some advice 😒 I’m absolutely shitting it!!

I’m in court next week with my ex partner for access of our daughter.

I little back story. We split up last year in July he was seeing her ever Wednesday and every Friday till Sunday. My daughter was very unsettled moving from place to place so I cut the Wednesday access and she settled better. He saw her every Friday till Sunday. She was coming back to me sore hungry and thirsty I mentioned this to him and he had a go. I then found out he wasn’t actually having her. He was picking her up from me and dropping her off on his “friends” these so called friends are very well known for weed smoking and they smoke around there own child. And he was also dropping her off on his dad ( didn’t have a problem with that it is her granddad after all) but it got to the point he was doing it every single weekend. Last time he saw her was Father’s Day weekend again he dumped her off on other people and lied to me about her being with him. So I cut contact full stop. Obviously. He then applied to court I got the date. I’ve spoken to a solicitor (can’t afford one properly) I’ve also spoken to Cafcass and so has he. I told them all my concerns etc and he told them he didn’t have any concerns about me looking after our daughter. Then I find out my old next door neighbor who didn’t like me told him I am in a domestic violence relationship which I’m not!! I’ve now had another email from Cafcass about that. He’s also told Cafcass he’s depressed and on antidepressants due to him not seeing our daughter! I know full well that’s a lie. He’s out every weekend and out in a car that’s not legal.

I’ve been told I don’t have to agree to him having any contact and the judge will make the final decision.

Anyone know how that’s going to go? He’s very violent but I’ve never reported him. I’m very nervous.
