Can I have a private post please?
How long do your 2 year olds sleep? Do they nap in the day still?
My 2 year old sleeps 12 hours through the night and still has a 3 hour nap in the day, is this too much (I appreciate not sleeping is a problem but is there such a thing as sleeping too mich at this age??)
When awake they are happy and healthy full of energy, very active attends nursery mornings and is always playing in the garden etc…
We have a bedtime routine and little one asks to go for her nap in the afternoon always straight after lunch so sleep/naps arent actually forced its all child led.
Just curious of others routines as family think its too much.

some children need it, so if it;s not bothering them then let them sleep they will soon grow outa napping in afternoon
