Can I have a private post please

I’m 23 weeks with my first baby and have been getting bad stomach cramps in my upper stomach I’ve been to the doctors who put the pains down to Braxton hicks but they’re so bad this morning it’s hard for me to sleep, I’ve been feeling generally unwell in myself the last few days any advice on what to do as a first timer I worry at everything???
