Can I have a private post please?
I’m just after some advice really on my anti-natal notes and wondered if anyone knew anything about them. My ex partner, who decided to leave and have nothing to do with me or the baby, is listed on my maternal notes as partner etc. If I explain the situation, will they remove his details from my records and also him as my next of kin as I’m sure he’s down as this? I know this is nothing major but can they update all this? I’m worried that if something was to happen that he would be contacted etc, and I really want nothing to do with him or have him anywhere involved in my care. Any advice would be great, thank you x
