Can I have a private post please?

I’ve recently had a baby and have been looking into options for contraception. I’ve been on the implant and different pills previously which have all led to me being severely depressed and had post natal depression with my other children. I’ve looked at the depo injection but nhs website says it works the same as the implant. What I’m wondering is, has anyone else had a bad experience with the pill/implant but been fine on the injection? I really want to avoid the coil but don’t want to go back to the dark depressed place I was previously. Any help or advice would be appreciated x
