Can I have a private post please?

My brother has 3 children, he has separated from their mum and she is not managing the kids at all, she scream and shouts and hits the kids, lays in bed all day leaving the 7 year old to care for the 6 & 3 year old.
I had the kids this weekend and they told me a lot and I’ve since called the nspcc- was I wrong to do so?
My brother is going mad!
But I am seriously concerned for the children,
They were already known to social services due to their mum breaking into my mums house & beating up their dad & then slitting we wrists- but somehow she has managed to go under the radar.
I feel like a bitch but I think I done the right thing

I have tried to help but she is toxic!
