Can I have a private post please

On Monday my sons fiancé told him that she didn’t feel the same way about him anymore. And after 6 years she called time on their relationship. He is hurting so bad but give time I am sure he will pick himself back up. Now today my 16 year old daughter has told me she has ended her relationship with her boyfriend of 2 years as she don’t love him anymore. Now I only want the best for my children and want them to be happy in what ever they do. I am finding this a bit difficult to be honest. These partners of my children also meant the world to me and now it seems like I have lost them both. I guess what I am asking really is how can I help my children get through this when I am really hurting inside too. Any advice on how to deal with this I would really appreciate. Thanks
