Can i have a private post please

Sorry for long post but basically me and my partner was placed in a temp accommodation with are 5 kids all under age of 6 🙂 we were both out of work at this point and were effected by the benifit cap! So anywau my partner found a full time job and i am a stay at home mum as my youngest is 1 so cant work atm! So because my partner found a job we were no longer affected and managed to find a 5 bed private rent for 1500 pm and get help woth HB top up…we have been renting now for a year …my problem os we had a huge fight last night and i have just had anough of hes bullshit and i want to leave…..do anyone no what will happen once i inform the council ino i wont be able to afford the rent on this place once we split l…will i be effected by benifit cap again? Will i get placed in a temp accommodation? I realy need some help as i dont want to become homelessness again 😣 thanks in advancr any advice would be great xxxxx
