Can I have a private post plz. Im currently on holiday with my kids and partner. My 8 year old girl has been nothing but a pain in the arse and showing up and just in general making me shout at her for her to do as shes told. Now shes been put in her room with her pjs on and shes crying asking to come out. I feel bad bt do I let her come out? Just want ppls opinions. I no if I do she’ll b the same tomorrow. I can’t help but feel guilty x

Do the same as you would do at home. Keep the boundaries there like you are doing. I know it’s hard when your on holiday you just want to have fun but it will just continue if her behaviour isn’t dealt with. Good luck xx
I think you have answered your own question when you say she will be the same again tomorrow. Stick to your guns which I know is hard but one bad night could mean a better holiday xxx
I think it’s holiday so go and have a chat asking her why saying she can’t carry on spoiling the holiday then have a hug and let her come out!:

Have you tried positive reinforcement talking to her explaining how she made mummy sad instead of shouting? X
I know it’s hard but No stick to your guns if you let her out she will know that she can get away with it xx
