Can I have a private post?
Today I caught my 7 year old (girl) playing “doctor” with a friend (boy 😎. They had the door closed and jumped when I came in. I know this is normal with young children to want to explore their bodies but I thought this type of intimate play was 2-4 thing not school children. I don’t know how to handle it, I’ve already talked to 7yo that some things are private etc. Do I need to tell them off? Should I tell the boys parents? Is this normal or should we be concerned with this behaviour at this age? Have you had this issue and how did you resolve it?
