Can I have another post please?

Just looking for advice as really unsure on what to do or likely hood I could be pregnant!(have pnd and a 2 year old so another baby is not an option right now so freaking out)

Myself and my partner were having sex last night and after he had finished we noticed the condom had a hole in it and was leaking!!
(Had period last week so know I’m not ovulating)
Totally panicking as not sure what can be done or if I can still get pregnant.
It turned out after I’d mailed my closets friend about it she had poked a few holes in it as a joke the other night and thought we would notice😡! Obviously I’m now not friends with her! I’m really angry, but was I over reacting?
I’m just worried incase i do fall pregnant.
Any advice would be great TIA!

  • I ovulated when I wasn’t meant to be and I’m now 33+4 weeks pregnant so you don’t always ovulate when you think! If you are concerned I’d get morning after pill.. (also im so excited to meet this baby even though she’s coming a few months sooner than we had planned 💖💜)

  • I’d got and get the morning after pill to be on the safe side. You can’t be 100% your not ovulating as sometimes cycles randomly change also sperm can live inside about a week so if you were to ovulate within the next week there’s always a chance of you deffo don’t want another baby get the morning after pill x

  • Can’t believe a ‘friend’ would do that it’s not like you check the condoms fully before using them, I doubt you would be pregnant but either take the morning after pill or wait to do a test, all the best!

  • You can go to your local pharmacy and get the morning after pill for free (or your sexual health clinic or GP, sometimes find it’s quicker to go to a chemist) you’ll have a little chat with the pharmacist and they provide it for free. The sooner you go the better, it’s more effective the quicker it’s taken since the encounter xx

    *edit*
The one you get in a pharmacy is effective from up to 72hours after you’ve had sex I believe, after that you need to see your GP. The sooner you go the better xxxx

  • You local GUM CLINIC will do a drop in session or make an appointment, some morning after pills you can have even a few days after the sex so even if you can’t go today, go tomorrow,

  • Go get emergency contraception and drop the “friend”. Absolutely disgusting, not the slightest bit funny. How would she like it if someone interfered with her contraception?
