Can I have pp pls. Does these looks like chicken pox for my 2 year old? Before he had something similar but ,it was due to sweating. It’s only on his belly

Can you please add to my post,he just had a bath and there ain’t no more spots appearing,all the same as it was xx
I think it could be the start id keep my eye on them and don’t give ibprofen or Nurofen just incase chick xx
