Can i have ppp.

Gp has started me on Tranexamic tablets due to extremely heavy periods, i also have low iron levels (taking meds for that) extremely low b12 levels (on meds) and liw phosphate (on meds)
Was told to take the Tranexamic for first 3 heavy days, 3 a day. Its been weird, i can go out and be normal rather than worrying and flooding ( sorry for tmi) today is 48hours after stopping the meds. My periods are only 4 days normally. Today im back to square one, horrific pain, losing clots….any advice welcome
Im 43 And not pregnant as sterilized
