Can I have ppp

I’m waiting for someone to ring me from hospital … my baby is 9 days old and today has hardly drank anything (around 9 ounces ) he’s now not taken any fluid since 8pm should I be worried as it’s so hot ? He’s just gone back to sleep after a bum change and wipe down with a wet muslin ! Around 10pm he was inconsolable which I think was down to the heat ! Please help I’m ftm and very worried !
