Can I have ppp my son being test for Autism he is 10 the school and doctors are really annoying me over the whole thing I feel the school can’t cope with him so are just trying to label him. they keep telling me he has autism he needs help he fines school really hard to keep up with we are doing everything we can to get him the right help with his learning. he never been told off at school he is a very loving and well behaved child. they had someone in the school to test him and they are telling me his metal and learning ages is 5.4years I agree that his learning age may be that but he his metal ages is not. they than rang my doctors who I have spoke to and they are now telling me he has autism too but they are not the specialist so I don’t get how they can keep labeling my son when he not been seen by the asd team yet. we had are first appointment with them what was just for me and his daddy to go to now waiting for him to be seen she says it’s a hard as 2 of the boxes he is tickling all the signs and one he not in at all so she not sure if he has got austim or not i want the school to get off his back and let him be he is only a child who needs extra help learning and that’s it I don’t see why they feel a need to put a label on him I don’t know where to go as the sch getting out of hand they rang a sw to come see us to get him the right help when we had already been to are doctors and had him on the waiting list for asd team the sw told us they are the wrong people to help with this so won’t be back the school rings me everyday telling me something needs sorted with him he falling to far behind or he is upset in school again because someone been picking on him i don’t know what to do i feel like pulling him out off the school
