Can I have ppp please my partner is wanting to adopt my kids which is not a problem with me or them does anyone know how to go about it laws and what not the kids sperm doner may have am issue about it so advice on that also ( bare In mind he’s had no contact for over a year and has never paid a penny)
Also add when I say never paid a penny that includes nappies and what not split up 3 years ago kids are 4&5 now

If he’s on the birth certificate he cannot adopt the children unless the father signs his rights over or you can prove your case to a court
