Can I have private post please, my son has been unwell for 4 days he has a cough and kept getting a temperature and he just wanted to sleep all the time I took him to docs she said he has the cold and will be back to normal in a few days my worry is he hasn’t ate a thing in days , is hardly drinking and hasn’t had a wee for 8 hours now what should I do thank you
