Can I have private post please well it’s a long one so sorry but I don’t know what to think and don’t know what’s Guna happen well I was visiting my mother in law house few months back and my kids was playing out front with there grandad, and this man come walkin past with his girlfriend they was screaming at each other and he was hitting her as they walked so my father in law said to the man mate don’t do that it’s not right anyway the man looked at him and walked over and attacked him my children’s dad was also there with us and he run out and tried getting this man off his dad there was more men stood at the top of street before this all happend I got my children and took them inside they did not see a thing anyway my children’s dads reacted stupidly and he regretted it the minit he did it but he picked a wooded stick up and threatend the man to leave his dad alone and go he didn’t not touch the man with the stick the police where called and my father in law my children’s dad was arrested and the man anyway the man got let home after what he did with a few community hours my father in law got let go with no chargers but my children’s dad got kept in cells for 2 nights he was charged with having offensive weapon in a public place the man said tha he hit him with the stick and he friends also said he did but he didn’t those charges were dropping anyway in the meanwhile me and other family members have been talking about it and not realising that my son who 6 was listening to this convo he hasn’t said Anythink about this and te police didn’t have any concerns at the time as I explained I removed my children from this situation straight away anyway he’s gone in to school and told them what happened an he’s added his own twist on the story he’s said he saw his dad hit the man with the stick he’s heard us say there tryin to say that he hit him when he never and my son as convinced hiself tha he did. Do this and he saw it he’s also said that the police broke the door down and the windows were smashed which this never happened either anyway the school as told social service and they coming out to visit me please someone explain what they will do and will they belive me that he’s made all this up in am so guilty for speaking about adult conversation in front of him but I didn’t realise he would understand I was wrong and I’ve learnt my lesson so please no bashing me I feel so guilty as it is I’m goin out of my head with worry over this the social as had me waiting now for 3 days and I’m goin out my mind sorry for lack of punctuation not very good with writing thank you for reading any advice would be grateful xx
