Can u just do me a post please,
I’m so confused. I’m currently on maternity leave from work I did work full time but I am due to go back August 1st but only part time. However, I am 12 weeks pregnant! I plan on telling my boss next week but will I be entitled to maternity leave again so soon after returning from my 1st maternity!?! I’d be at work august til december as im due early january. Im so confused and so scared about it all. The internet isnt giving much away …. Thank you

You’ll have to check your policy. My last job calculated maternity pay from weeks 15-25 of pregnancy so if I hadn’t been back between those weeks I would only have been entitles to SMP and nothing enhanced x
