Can u post a private post for me.
My best friend just lost her two twin boys yesterday. She was 5 months along. They lived for 4 hours but then they past away. I am traveling to my home town to stay with her and try and help. What can I do to help her or at least lighten the pain?

Just be there. Let her lean on you however she wants to. let her rage,let her cry. You can’t take her pain away,she has to bear it. But you can clean and cook and you can be her strength. Thank you for being there for her,you’re a good friend,and I’m so sorry for her loss <3
Just being there, when she needs you. She may want to talk, may want silence, may want you to hold her. Who knows but being there in whatever capacity she needs is all you can do x
Just by being there will comfort her a lot. What a good friend u are. Xx
