Thank you for replyin. He gets up at 2am and gets ready for school. He goes bed at 8.30pm

For 1 hour after tea. I have a younger child who goes bed at 7pm so he winds down then. He is waking the whole house up. I haven’t labelled him nor will I ever label him I want advice on how to stop this. 😢 I’m exhausted xx
