Can you do a private post for me please.
Really need some advice, my lo is 4 weeks old on tomorrow and she is starting to have irregular poos, first few weeks she was having two or three a day and now within the last near 48hrs she’s had one, and it was alot. She’s constantly pushing and going really red as if she’s trying to poo and it’s starting to have her unsettled constantly. Is this normal? Or is it the start of constipation? Need some advice please, first time mum.

My little girl did exactly the same thing at around the same age. She was going at least once a day and it went to once every other day but an explosion! It lasted about a week and then she went back to normal. Just keep an eye on it and if your worried contact your health visitor
