What would you all do?
Im anxious as tomorrow ill see weither or not my “mates” pay towards my car they got impounded, its $1100 plus a fine they got in my car
I cant afford it on my own the stress is making me sick.
They stayed at mine 3 times for 3weeks at a time.
First time they broke my brand new dishwasher my landlord just put in. I paid and knew they struggle too so said don’t worry about paying me back.
Second time was for my sons 2nd bday and her 3yo son has stolen/broken basically all the cars i got him.
Since leaving my house 3weeks ago i havent heard a word from my mate and her partner promised to pay 500, i waited 3-4days after his pay day too see he hadnt sent a cent, he said hed do it the next pay but gut feeling tells me tomorrow ill still have no money sent in, they live 2hrs away, how do i approach this? I have until the 13th to get my car but need to pay for it!
This friend, has a history of taking me for granted, iv paid her bond and fortnights worth of food years ago, and have been the only one there for her at the end of the day, she has no family or friends and has come into my house and taken full advantage of my caring nature, i care for her kids and shes now pregnant so ofcourse i wanted to do all i can to help…
At the end of the day im stuck and they prob couldn’t care less
