Can you post anom please..

Basically my children have been placed with my mom and dad due to domestic violence.
It’s all going through court and social knows I was still seeing my ex behind their backs iv admitted it.
Iv just found out I’m pregnant and I don’t see the dad no more I’m not allowed to be with him in order to fight for my kids back which I’m doing!!
Please someone advise me on what to do? I do not want an abortion It would destroy me but I don’t want it jepordising me never getting my kids back and having this one taken from birth!
What do I do????
Please help any professionals out their that know about the law and what will happen? Please help me I’m absolutely torn apart!
My life’s falling apart just when things start to get better it all comes crashing back down
