Basically ages ago was seeing a fella he took my car when he was drunk and crashed it he was arrested and breathlized (I wouldn’t say he stole the car but he didn’t have permission)

Anyways it’s going to court and I’m pregnant and having lots of complications and really don’t want to stand it count I don’t want him trying to ruin my life again like he did before I don’t need the stress what can I do?
